Pampering Parents Giveaway planned

The Delaware Valley Health Department is partnering with the Pettaway Pursuit Foundation to provide essential items to help parents and caregivers care for themselves and their children.

Families can receive diapers, wipes, children’s clothing, adult clothing, books, feminine products, and more while supplies last during the special event.

The day’s event highlights the importance of supporting maternal health and ensuring families have access to the resources they need for healthy beginnings.

Registration is not required, but participants must bring an ID to receive items.

“We hope to see you there,” Health Department officials said in a social media post.The event will be held April 11 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Delaware County Wellness Center, located at 125 Chester Avenue, Yeadon.
